By filling out various forms and surveys on our Membership or Store, some personal information of members (such as name-surname, company information, phone, address, or e-mail addresses) is collected by our Store due to the nature of the business.

Our company may send campaign information, new product information, and promotional offers to its customers and members periodically.

Our members can make all choices regarding receiving such information while becoming a member, change this choice later from the account information section after logging in as a member, or notify via the link in the information message they receive.

During the approval process carried out through our Store or via email, personal information transmitted electronically to our store by our members will not be disclosed to third parties outside the purposes and scope determined by the "User Agreement" we have made with our Members.

To identify problems related to the system and to quickly resolve problems or disputes that may arise regarding the service provided, our Company records and uses the IP address of its members. IP addresses can also be used to identify users in a general way and to gather comprehensive demographic information.

Our company may use the requested information for direct marketing purposes by itself or by those it cooperates with, also outside the purposes and scope determined by the Membership Agreement. Personal information may also be used to contact the user when necessary.

Information requested by our Company or information provided by the user or information regarding transactions made through our Store may be used by our Company and its collaborators for various statistical evaluations, database creation, and market research without disclosing the identity of our members.

Our Company undertakes to keep confidential information private and to take all necessary measures to ensure and maintain confidentiality, preventing unauthorized access or disclosure.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Our Company prioritizes the security of credit card holders who shop from our shopping sites. Your credit card information is never stored in our system.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

GENERAL:

If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.

Shipping fees will be paid by the buyers.

Each purchased product is delivered within 30 days to the buyer's specified address. If not delivered in this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

The product must be delivered complete, as ordered, and with warranty certificates and user manuals, if any.

If the product sale becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay or cancels the transaction in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver ceases.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If unauthorized use of the credit card is determined after delivery and the price is not paid to the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days. Shipping cost is borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If delivery is delayed due to force majeure, the buyer is notified.
The buyer may cancel, request a similar product, or wait for delivery.
In case of cancellation:
- Cash payments are refunded in 14 days.
- Card payments are refunded to the bank within 14 days. Bank may take 2-3 weeks to reflect the amount.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the goods before accepting delivery.
Damaged or defective goods should not be accepted.
Accepted goods are deemed undamaged.
If withdrawal is to be exercised, goods must not be used and invoice must be returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without legal/criminal liability or reason by notifying the seller.

PERIOD OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

For services, the 14-day period starts from the contract date.
If the service begins with buyer’s approval before this period ends, the right cannot be used.
Expenses arising from withdrawal are borne by the seller.
Withdrawal must be communicated via registered mail, fax, or e-mail, and the product must remain unused and comply with conditions.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Invoice must be included in returns. For corporate invoices, a return invoice must also be submitted.
Returned items must include packaging, accessories, and must be undamaged.

REFUND CONDITIONS:

The seller must refund the total amount and cancel buyer’s obligations within 10 days and take back goods within 20 days.
If product value decreased due to buyer’s fault, the buyer must compensate accordingly.
If a campaign discount is void due to withdrawal, the discount is canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

Customized or personal-use products.
Opened underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, perishables, hygiene-sensitive goods.
Items that mix with other goods post-delivery.
Subscriptions, instant digital services, opened software/media.
Books, software, CDs/DVDs, personal care items must be unopened and unused.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If buyer defaults on a credit card, interest and legal fees may apply according to the bank agreement.
The seller may claim damages resulting from the delay.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:

You can pay via bank transfer or EFT.
You may also use credit cards for single or installment payments.
In online payments, the amount is charged to your card at the end of your order.

Distance Sales Agreement

3. Subject

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts for the product ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

The prices on the website are valid until changed or updated. Campaign prices are valid only for the specified duration.

9. General Provisions

BUYER confirms the preliminary information and terms provided electronically before purchase.
Products are delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
SELLER commits to lawful, defect-free, and complete delivery.
SELLER may provide an equivalent product with BUYER consent.
In case of non-fulfillment, the SELLER must inform the BUYER and refund within 14 days.
Delivery is subject to successful payment. Otherwise, delivery is not required.
Unauthorized credit card use post-delivery requires BUYER to return the product within 3 days.
Force majeure must be communicated; BUYER may cancel or postpone delivery.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 days (bank timelines may vary).
SELLER may communicate using contact details provided by the BUYER.
BUYER must inspect goods upon receipt and report damage immediately.
SELLER may request identity verification if payment is suspicious.
BUYER is responsible for providing accurate personal information.
BUYER must comply with legal and ethical internet use.
BUYER may not harm SELLER’s site or other users via illegal activities.
SELLER is not liable for third-party websites linked from its site.
Any contractual violation is the full legal responsibility of the violating party.

10. Right of Withdrawal

BUYER can withdraw within 14 days without reason by notifying the SELLER.
This does not apply to services started with consumer consent within the 14-day period.
Costs related to exercising this right are borne by the SELLER.

Conditions:

Invoice must be returned with product (corporate returns require return invoice).
Return form, packaging, and accessories must be complete and undamaged.
SELLER refunds within 10 days and retrieves goods within 20 days.
If value decreases due to BUYER’s fault, they compensate proportionally.
Discounts used in campaigns may be revoked if withdrawal affects the minimum limit.

11. Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal

Custom or personal-use items
Underwear bottoms, swimwear, makeup, opened hygiene products
Perishables or rapidly expiring goods
Media or software with opened packaging
Instant digital products/services
Books, CDs, DVDs, stationery must be unopened and unused for return

12. Default and Legal Consequences

If the BUYER defaults in payment, they will bear interest and costs as per their credit card agreement. The SELLER may claim damages for any delay caused by the BUYER.

13. Authorized Court

Disputes will be resolved by consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within the legal monetary limits.

Examples:
a) Under 2,000 TL – District Arbitration Committees
b) Under 3,000 TL – Provincial Arbitration Committees
c) 2,000–3,000 TL (in metropolitan cities) – Provincial Committees

14. Effectiveness

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted this agreement upon payment. The SELLER must make technical arrangements for the BUYER’s confirmation before completing the order.
